ОЦЕНКА ВЛИЯНИЯ СОЗДАНИЯ ТТИП НА ВНЕШНЕЭКОНОМИЧЕСКУЮ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ РОССИИ
Abstract
As the title implies, this article describes the assessment of the impact of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership on the Russian economy’s foreign-economic activity. By analyzing data of the European Commission, reports of "TTIP negotiations" and the long-term forecast of the socio-economic development of Russia for the period until 2030 worked out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the impact of this agreement on the Russian economy is examined and estimated. The article examines the impact in 4 main positions: sanitary and phytosanitary measures, manufacturing and quality standards of products and services, interchange of high-technologies, and intellectual property rights. A new approach in the assessment of world trade flows is taken into account. It is based on Global Value Chains and is used for determining Russia’s actual position in the modern world trade.
