ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВА И НЕДОСТАТКИ РАБОЧИХ МОДЕЛЕЙ МОБИЛЬНЫХ ПНЕЙ
Abstract
The working model, which will be used later to create a denture construction, has to be an identical copy of the situation in the patient’s mouth. It should correctly reconstruct the present anatomical structures as well as the occlusion and articulation interactions between the two jaws. One of the more important disadvantages of the models with movable pinlays is that they cause an alteration in their correct position through leaning or rotating of their supports. The methods of the experiment includes: constructing 220 models, their distribution in IV groups, depending on the way of fixing the movable support. There have been done 30 measurements of each dental pinlay with the help of Periotest. The results have been registered and the following more important conclusions have been drawn:
