МЕТОДЫ ВЫСВОБОЖДЕНИЯ ПЕРСОНАЛА И ИХ РОЛЬ В ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ СОВРЕМЕННОЙ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ
Abstract
The article describes the role of staff in the activities of the modern enterprise. The organization should be aimed at the preservation and development team. Today, the release of the personnel is not only the dismissal with any motivation. The author considers such methods as the staff rotation, the movement of the career ladder, transfer to another office or department. The article presents a personnel release scheme.
