(“the Publisher”) regarding the publication of scholarly work in journals, books, or conference proceedings managed and operated by SciFormat Publishing Inc. By submitting a manuscript, the Author(s) agree to the following terms.
1. Definitions

2. Originality and Authorship
The Author(s) confirm that the Work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under review with another journal or publisher. All listed authors meet authorship criteria and have approved the submission.
3. Ethical Standards
The Author(s) warrant that the Work complies with ethical research standards, including approvals for studies involving human or animal subjects where applicable. All sources must be properly cited, and the Work must be free of plagiarism.
4. Copyright and Licensing
The Author(s) retain full copyright to their Work.
Upon acceptance, the Author(s) grant SciFormat Publishing Inc. a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, reproduce, and archive the Work in any medium.

author-initiated withdrawal after acceptance,
ethical or legal retraction,
technical or production issues outside the Publisher’s control.
Waivers for authors from low-income countries may be available according to the Publisher’s policy.
6. Warranties
The Author(s) warrant that:
the Work is original and does not infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights;
all permissions for third-party materials were obtained;
the Work contains no defamatory or unlawful content.
The Author(s) agree to indemnify SciFormat Publishing Inc. against claims arising from breaches of these warranties.
7. Editorial Process
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Work may undergo peer review and editorial revision. The final decision rests solely with the Editor-in-Chief or designated editorial board.
8. Withdrawal Policy
If the Author(s) request withdrawal of the Work after peer review or after acceptance without valid justification, the Publisher may decline future submissions from the Author(s). Any paid APC remains non-refundable.

The corresponding author ensures that all co-authors approve the final submitted version and agree to the terms of this Agreement. The Author(s) are responsible for accuracy, citations, ethical compliance, and revision requirements.
10. Data Availability
The Author(s) agree to comply with SciFormat Publishing Inc.’s data availability policy and provide supporting data where legally and ethically permissible.
11. Termination
