Abstract
The present article deals with the implementation of the blended form of learning on the basis of the Internet technology and foreign experience techniques. The advantages of using blended form for teaching and learning are analyzed. The notion “blended learning” is determined. The role and place of information technologies in the process of teaching and learning are outlined. The components of blended learning are analyzed.
