Abstract
Industrial medicine in the developing countries is one of the challenges to be addressed in the context of socio-political relations. Barrier solutions is that in most developing countries lack the political mechanisms of integration of scientific evidence into practice - effective policies. To achieve the development of industrial medicine is possible to focus on support for scientific research. Thus, industrial medicine of the Republic of Kazakhstan is at the stage of its development, which requires an examination of the issues of development of comprehensive programs to improve in order to provide timely, safe medical care of the working population.
