Abstract

This article describes the organizational abilities of the individual as a set of qualities that help to organize the work of the team. Without which it is impossible to normal interaction within the team, even with the high professionalism of the head. The qualities of organizational abilities and skills and what they affect are discussed in more detail. This will allow us to understand what is paid more attention to, starting to self-development. It should be noted that it is impossible to improve the quality in one day, even if you make every effort.
