УСТОЙЧИВОСТЬ ИННОВАЦИИ, КАК ФАКТОР РАЗВИТИЯ КОМПАНИИ НА РАЗНЫХ ЭТАПАХ ЖИЗНЕННОГО ЦИКЛА
Abstract
Today it is important to form an effective system of management of sustainable innovations in company, their promotion in the market for the improvement of competitiveness of organization and keeping its leadership. Therefore, relevant is the issue, how to achieve this and what conditions should be created for its successful operation? The researches of activity of the company for providing veterinary services for nearly fifteen years has shown the importance of introduction of innovations at every stage of its life cycle. The article shows the peculiarities of each stage of vital activity, those strategies which were undertaken by the owner – innovator, as well as success and challenges. The traced stages allow noting that each of them has its own mission, goal and objectives, its development strategy. The authors proceeded from the fact that the successful development of the organization and its leadership in the market is possible on conditions of introduction of sustainable innovations at all levels of vital activity of the company. Innovations are not a one-time act, but a continuous process by which the company remains the leader.
Sustainable innovations are created by the leader – innovator, based on the company’s intelligence, take into the consideration its relationship with external environment, as well as the company’s history, its achievements, possibilities and failures. In conclusion of the research the conclusions are drawn, regarding the fact that sustainable innovations can be a factor of development of the organization.
