Author-Publisher Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms between the Author(s) submitting a manuscript and RS Global Sp. z O.O. ("the Publisher") regarding the publication of scholarly work in RS Global journals, books, or conference proceedings. By submitting a manuscript, the Author(s) confirm acceptance of the following terms.

1. Definitions

  • Publisher: RS Global Sp. z O.O., headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

  • Author(s): The individual(s) who created and are submitting the Work.

  • Work: The manuscript, including all associated materials, submitted for publication.

  • Journal/Book/Proceedings: The specific publication platform where the Work may appear.

2. Originality and Authorship
The Author(s) confirm that the Work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under review by any other publisher or journal. All individuals listed as authors meet authorship criteria, have contributed significantly to the Work, and have approved its submission.

3. Ethical Standards
The Author(s) warrant that the Work complies with all applicable ethical standards. If the research involves human or animal subjects, approval has been obtained from a recognized ethics committee or institutional review board. The Work must be free of plagiarism and properly cite all sources.

4. Copyright and Licensing
The Author(s) retain the copyright to their Work. Upon acceptance, the Author(s) grant RS Global Sp. z O.O. a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the Work in any medium or format. The Work will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction, provided the original author(s) and source are credited.

5. Open Access and Article Processing Charges (APC)
All RS Global publications follow the Open Access model. Accepted works are made freely available online to the public. Authors may be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) after acceptance, as outlined in the submission guidelines for each publication. The APC supports the costs of peer review, editing, hosting, and archiving. The APC is non-refundable under any circumstances, including author-initiated withdrawal after acceptance, retraction for ethical or legal reasons, or technical issues post-publication. Waivers or discounts may be available according to the Publisher’s policy.

6. Warranties
The Author(s) warrant that:

  • The Work is their original creation and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  • All necessary permissions have been obtained for any third-party materials used.

  • The content does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable material.

  • The Author(s) will indemnify and hold harmless RS Global Sp. z O.O. against any claims resulting from a breach of these warranties.

7. Editorial Process
The Author(s) understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Work will undergo editorial and peer review. Revisions may be required. Final decisions regarding acceptance or rejection rest solely with the Publisher or the Editor-in-Chief.

8. Withdrawal Policy
If the Author(s) request withdrawal of the Work after peer review or acceptance without a valid reason, RS Global reserves the right to decline future submissions from the same Author(s). In such cases, any APC already paid will not be refunded. Authors are encouraged to carefully consider submission before proceeding.

9. Author Responsibilities
The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the Publisher and ensuring that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the final manuscript. The Author(s) are also responsible for the accuracy of the data, citations, and compliance with submission guidelines.

10. Data Availability
The Author(s) agree to comply with RS Global’s data availability policy and, where applicable, to provide access to datasets or materials that support the findings of the Work, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

11. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party if the other breaches its obligations. However, once the Work is published, the license granted to the Publisher remains irrevocable.

Acknowledgement
By submitting the manuscript, the Author(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Author-Publisher Agreement.
