Abstract

The article is devoted to the representation of women in the judicial system. The article gives an overview of the situation in the world regarding the representation of women in the judicial system. It is noted that women are underrepresented in senior positions in the judicial system. The article explores the reasons for the low representation of women in the judicial system and measures to increase their representation, as well as the possible positive consequences of these measures.
