Refund policy

To place a refund you would need to contact RS Global via email at or by phone at +48 226 0 227 03.

Please have your ID article and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 days and we will notify you via email of the results.

The refund request is accepted before publishing an article on the website only. RS Global makes a refund of 50% from the article processing charge because part of the amount is spent on the peer-review process. If an article or monograph was published, a refund is not possible.

If the refund request is granted by RS Global, payments are refunded as follows:

- Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end-user;
- PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
- Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
